Black Bean Broth Is A Natural Treatment For Gout
Gout is one of the most painful forms of arthritis. Gout can cause pain, redness, swelling, and stiffness in joints. There is currently no cure for gout, but there are ways that can help you manage the pain.

Black Bean Broth is very easy to make, and should be used as soon as the attack comes on.
To Make Black Bean Broth
Rinse 7oz of beans in cool water. The beans need to be cleaned carefully, making sure all debris and grit is removed.
Cover the beans with about 2 1/2 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Your pot should remain covered to preserve the liquid.
Reduce the heat and let simmer for 90 minutes
Strain the liquid and put the beans to the side. Allow the broth to cool down before consuming.
