Black Bean Broth Is A Natural Treatment For Gout

To Make Black Bean Broth

Rinse 7oz of beans in cool water. The beans need to be cleaned carefully, making sure all debris and grit is removed.

Cover the beans with about 2 1/2 quarts of water and bring to a boil. Your pot should remain covered to preserve the liquid.

Reduce the heat and let simmer for 90 minutes

Strain the liquid and put the beans to the side. Allow the broth to cool down before consuming.

    We have only got black beans here recently and I am making lots of Vegan Mexican style dishes with them. I mainly purchased due to their high fibre.

  3. hi Ms JM.. thanks for sharing that black beans are goo for gout.. Anyway, over here we have red beans, green beans and kidney beans too. is the red bean called black beans? because we dont have black beans
